We're actively adding support for additional ecommerce platforms — if you sell on a platform not listed, reach out and we'll prioritise it. The goal is to be your single dashboard regardless of where you sell.
How does the AI shopping assistant work? +
The AI shopping assistant connects directly to your product catalogue and store data. It answers live product questions, recommends items based on what a shopper is browsing, handles size and stock queries, and suggests complementary products automatically. It works across your store, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp — and takes minutes to set up with no coding required.
How does the AI support agent know about my orders? +
Once you connect your store, ShopScape syncs your orders, tracking info, and product data in real time. The AI uses this live data to answer questions like "where is my order?" or "what's your return policy?" without any manual setup or scripting on your part.
What if the AI gets something wrong? +
